Handmade | Fairtrade | Dramatic | Wholesale
Your customers will enjoy the dramatic, stylish flair of this gorgeous turquoise blue bracelet. The flower is made with tagua round beads, hand sewn together to create a three dimensional flower. Tagua is a natural nut grown in the Amazon Rainforest with characteristics very similar to elephant ivory. Tagua is often called ‘vegetable ivory’ due to the similarities in color, weight and strength. Tagau also takes a beautiful, long-lasting polish to make this bracelet something that your customers will appreciate over many years.
MyWholesaleBoutique.com works with all our artisans on a fair trade basis. To do ensure that the artisans get a fair trade price, we work with them to calculate the cost of the inputs and hours of labour, then ensure that the price we pay for the bracelet covers all those costs. For this bracelet we work with a women’s cooperative in the highlands of Ecuador. The six women in the cooperative live in a small indigenous village and have learned the skills necessary to make a consistent quality of jewelry. They teach their skills to other women and use the money earned to ensure a better future for their children.
Once we receive your order, we will place the order with the artisan(s) who will create the item. The items are made once the order is received to ensure the best quality. The items are not sitting in a warehouse somewhere.
We will communicate the length of time it will take for you to get your order, this will generally be between two to six weeks depending on the size of your order, and the local availability of the inputs into the products you order.
All the items on our store include a weight. As you put items into your shopping cart, the weight is totalled and the cost of the shipping is calculated. All of our shipping is done by weight from Ecuador to your country.
You have an option of using the postal system or using UPS for shipping. UPS is more expensive, but they will help you more with the customs declarations. The postal system is less expensive, but you may have to go to your local postal office to complete a customs declaration.
All of our items are shipped with an invoice detailing the items and the amounts paid for the items so that any customs fees can be appropriately applied.
Many of our products support sustainable use of the Amazon Rainforest
